Sublocal Orders

Sublocals are able to purchase items directly from the webstore to give out to members at meetings or other union functions. Sublocals are also able to request a gift certificate(s) be created so you can give out one-time use codes to your members as gifts. All gift certificates will be good for 6 months from the date of issue and this will be clearly listed on the certificate.

Custom items are also available. Custom Orders do have minimum quantities that must be purchased.

SEIU 503 Standard shirt with your Sublocal Number on the Sleeve. This item is currently listed on the Purple Store! Just follow the process for purchasing from the webstore and these will be printed for you.

Sublocal Webstore/Gift Certificate Purchase Request Process:

  1. Sublocal representatives agree on the budget they are authorizing or other order details. They submit the Webstore Purchase Request Form with details of their request.
  2. Staff will review the form and once all details are final, they will create the code and will send it to the requestor for use.
  3. Once the purchase is made and code used, the SEIU Accounting team will charge the total purchases to the sublocal when the store is reconciled. Note - it may take 4-6 weeks for purchases to be charged to the sublocal.
